Who We Are

NextWeb is a digital studio that helps startups and businesses build online products. We handle everything from design and development to launch and support — websites, mobile apps, AI chatbots, and more.

Founded by Abdelghafour Ballaj, we work with a small team of developers, designers, and strategists. We're fully remote, working with clients worldwide to turn ideas into real, working products.

Confidentiality & Idea Protection Policy

This policy applies when you share your project idea with NextWeb through our contact forms, emails, or consultations.

Why This Policy Exists

We're including this to set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings. In today's tech world, similar ideas emerge constantly. This clarity protects both of us and ensures a smooth partnership.

What We Protect

When you share your idea with us, we protect:

  • Your specific business plans and strategy
  • Your unique features and functionality specifications
  • Your customer data and metrics
  • Your project documentation and materials

What We Promise

We will not share your confidential project information with others or use it for our own benefit. We're here to build YOUR vision and help YOUR business succeed.

Understanding Ideas in Tech

Ideas are everywhere. Thousands of startups work on similar concepts simultaneously because:

  • Market needs drive similar solutions
  • Common problems inspire common approaches
  • Industry standards create familiar features

This is the nature of innovation, not theft.

Industry Reality

We work with multiple clients across various industries. It's possible that:

  • Similar apps or products already exist in the market
  • Similar concepts may launch during your project timeline
  • Different clients request similar features (user login, payments, social feeds, dashboards, etc.)

This is normal and doesn't mean we shared your idea.

Common features and industry-standard functionality are not proprietary to any single project.

If You See Similar Products

If you discover similar products or apps during or after our work together:

  • This represents normal market competition
  • It does NOT mean we disclosed your information
  • We are not responsible for coincidental similarities
  • We are not responsible for independent development by other companies

Great ideas often emerge simultaneously because the market demands similar solutions.

Documentation & Protection

We maintain detailed project records, communication logs, and development timelines. This documentation:

  • Protects both parties
  • Serves as proof of our work timeline
  • Demonstrates when we received your information
  • Can be used to verify our confidentiality commitments

Need Extra Protection?

If your project involves highly sensitive information, proprietary technology, or trade secrets, we can discuss signing a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before detailed project discussions begin.

Please mention this in your initial inquiry so we can evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.

Our Commitment

We take your trust seriously. Our goal is to:

  • Build YOUR unique vision
  • Help YOUR business succeed
  • Maintain transparent communication
  • Protect your confidential information

We're on your team.

By submitting your project idea through our forms or communications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Confidentiality & Idea Protection Policy.
